I authorise Fern Credit Union to arrange deductions from my wages or salary as set out above beginning from the first possible pay day until instructed otherwise. I authorise FCU to be notified of my leaving or termination of employment date.

Your data will be held securely and used for the purpose of managing your account with us in line with our Privacy Statement a copy of which is attached for your use and can also be obtained from any branch. We will not share your details with other firms for marketing purposes, but your details will be shared with Credit Reference Agencies for affordability and performance assessment, for debt recovery and crime or fraud prevention or where legally required to do so. We may also use information for reporting to funders or those for whom we provide services, but such information will be anonymised and will not personally identify you.
